I would not eat at this Subway again after seeing one of the sub makers handle dirty money then use the same gloves to make another sub. Unsanitary.

So you want a cheap chain sandwich and you are at the courthouse, yes you can go to subway. But if you are looking for anything beyond cheap and chain go elsewhere. I don't have a personal beef against subway, some days you just need to eat a quick lunch, but this particular subway is slower than the norm and directly ignores its own policies. For example, my friend wanted to try the new sliders -- on every ad it states only customizable by sauce and cheese, she asked to change a cheese and the lady wouldn't do it. Additionally the cashier consistently makes guests uncomfortable with her attitude. Once I went with a friend while I wasn't getting anything, when she asked for my order I explained I wasn't getting anything but my friend was and she yelled at me saying how I was making her line look longer and hurting her business. This time I was just grabbing chips and a drink since I had brought a sandwich and my friend was ordering lunch there. The woman at the beginning of the line asked for my order and I explained I was just getting chips and a drink and she told me I didn't need to wait I needed to just go to the front. I awkwardly moved to the front as I was told when the cashier questioned me asking me why I thought I should skip the line. I explained that her colleague told me to go to the front and she said "she didn't tell you to skip people this gentleman was waiting 20 minutes for his sandwich and now you think you can skip him." At that point I legitimately put my card back in my wallet to tell her I didn't need anything but she grumpily told me my total. It made me uncomfortable and made the man after me uncomfortable and all I was doing was what her employee told me to do. Overall not worth the convenience. I think even if I go to Subway if I see that woman there I will just leave and get something else. I don't need to be chastised for a cheap lunch.

By far the worse place to have lunch in Downtown Orlando, location is right in front of the court house, place is packed around lunch time, service is pretty slow, customer service even worse, the tables are dirty all the time, manager is the worse she has been working in there for years, she is the one with the worse attitude and she is well aware of bad reputation but since is one of the few options close to the court they don't care.

Typical chain, I really wish they would change their gloves more.  Seems I remember hearing it should be after each sandwich.  Bring a vegetarian, I don't want the same knife or the same gloves from the previous sandwich.

Second time going on a Saturday morning and they are closed when the hours on their door say otherwise. Rude lady inside told me from far, "it will be a while" This was on July 20.  Too bad for such a good location downtown. Service is always horrible.
